My Daum was originally a traditional farmhouse in South Tyrol's Eggental Valley. The family has cared for this place for three generations. Over the years, the farm became a hotel, run for many years by grandmother Maria. She cooked, looked after the guests and lived here well into old age.

The character of the house has remained. Today, Kordula and Peter are the hosts of My Daum. Their intention was never to create an anonymous design hotel, but to preserve the spirit of the place and gently bring it into the present, with respect for its history and the surrounding landscape.

Apart-Suites Where Materials and Views Matter

The Apart-Suites are spacious and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. Materials play an essential role. Natural wood and parquet floors reflect the history of the former farmhouse and blend effortlessly with the Alpine surroundings.

The bathroom isn't simply a separate room. It's open and airy, with some Apart-Suites featuring a freestanding bathtub overlooking the mountains. A small detail that makes the stay feel particularly special.

The main bedroom faces the landscape, with the bed positioned so that the first and last thing you see each day is the valley and the surrounding mountains. Almost as though you're sleeping right in the heart of the Alps.

Every Apart-Suite has its own balcony or terrace. Here, the view isn't an extra feature. It's part of the living space.

The wellness area is one of the highlights of staying at My Daum. The outdoor pool is heated even in winter and opens towards the surrounding landscape. You swim in warm water while the crisp mountain air surrounds you and the valley stretches out below.

With floor-to-ceiling glazing, a peaceful atmosphere and sweeping views over the valley, mountains and villages far below, it's an experience in itself. Evenings are entirely up to you. Explore the restaurants nearby or stay in your apartment. The Cooking Boxes offer a simple, thoughtful alternative. Everything is prepared for you to cook your own meal, and the hotel takes care of the washing up afterwards.
